After the traumatic death of everyone they Knew, Clementine and a new player character drift from place to place, trying to survive. (With how Lee's choices with Clem-Clem, heavily influence how she operates. Now in her early teens.)
Up until finally finding another group, near the middle of episode 1.

Lee sees Clem at the end of a dark hallway and begins moving toward her. his whole body feels sore and he's got a limp and he cant' speak each step he takes is a limp shambling pace. Clementine keeps telling Lee to stop and eventually your decisions decide if she shoots you or lets you get close enough to bite her but then Clem sees that although lee's in very bad shape he's not a walker

.....That would actually be kinda cool

For season 2? Only Lee and Clem survive. On their way to scavenge for food, they meet a new band of survivors who know who Lee really is. The two must brighten up their relationship with these new survivors. I would really like to see Doug/Carley alive in season 2...

Episode one happens ten years after the beggining of the apocalypse. Clem and Duck are now grown ( and Duck not so annoyng or irresponsable). They have a new group, and all the others are dead. The roads, without human maintenance, cannot be used anymore. Dogs are not related to humans anymore. The cars are rusty, and just a few of them can work. Gas and ammo are scarse. The children in the group never went to school, are swearing all the time, and they don't know a reality without fear, death and hunger. Conflicts with other groups are now happening all the time...
That would be a nice scenary to an apocalypse game: What remained of the humans buildings, and structures, when there is noone to clean and keep them?

In reality, I don't see Clem or Duck growing up. In the apocalypse, the idea is that the survivors think that hope is still alive. If ten years roll past, the idea of "surviving" will turn into "living".

Man can you imagine Duck and Clem are working the fields on a Farm and they hear a scream and come over and one of their workers is trapped under a tractor {to which duck says "You can't blame this on me"} and Clem determines the guy is mangled and bleeding internally and just shoots him in the head. and her and Duck take the body and just dump it unceremoniously like a sack of potatos in a grave that was already being dug for another fallen comerade.

Maybe you are rigth, but they growing, is a possibility. Eventually, the time will pass, and ten years later, probably there are still some survivors. Some live in society, others don't. If they find a place safe enough, were they can grow, and have access to food and water, probably they can stay there. It will not be bad enough so we can call it "survive", but zombies, humans, and hunger are still a threat.
And Clementine and Duck are kids. Probably the grown will protect them at all cost. If they learn the basics to survive, and learn how to defend themselves and hunt, they will be more prepared than the adults.
