Oh, wow. This thread seems to be heading awfully quickly toward that other entirely identical thread.
There's a thread that's debating whether Lee's story would be continued? If there is, could you post a link? Can't seem to find it. I only see other random season 2 threads.
I hate the title since there is going to be a season 2 of this game, but here is my idea.
We know Lilly
eventually works for the governor, kills Lorri and Judith, then realizes the governor is evil and kills him. Afterwords, walkers start to show up and what's left of the group are left defenseless from the fight and hide in the prison. It is unknown whether or not she and her group lived. That would be PERFECT grounds for a season 2. Its a fresh new plot with new characters, so Telltale don't need to worry about season 1 decisions(since there is the chance someone may buy season 2 and not season 1), it features a character we already know thanks to season 1, and it answers the question of "what happened to Woodsbury after the fight?
I just like the idea of Lee and Clem's story continuing. The themes of possible redemption and keeping a young child safe play together well. It's safe to say that Lee's group has had as much of a struggle as Rick's group in leadership. I would love to see these characters develop in season 2 rather then bringing out an entirely new cast.
i think we'd all love several seasons of Clem and Lee but i think of it from the programming perspective
I know that it would be hard for TT to release ports that coincide with your decisions from season 1, but would add-ons to the current Walking Dead application for season 2 be a problem?
Lets say there is going to be a "Season two" or lets say Season one gets delayed before it does. You're going to have to depend on the honesty of developers if you're going to make it. And if those same people get to questioning yours, you're going to be in trouble.

I would like something like this: The second season is about Lee again. Then, in a third or fourth season ( because I expect the game not to end), Clementine is the main character, with 18, and the most of the others are dead.
in all seriousnes, i want Lee's story to be rounded up and start anew with someone else, with the timeline of the universe continueing (IE, if lee died, he would still be dead when ep 2 starts)
but i wouldnt mind seeing lee again as long as they dont give us a cliffhanger
left 4 dead 2 was buggy, too much 'fog' made seeing stuff hard and thus playing through it wasn't enjoyable, the levels where cluttered with stuff so the route through was unclear, then there where those zombies keep coming till you do this section, annoying on higher difficulties and in some cases almost impossible to do with out a good team..
the characters where lame and lacked 'bonding' and they killed bill off..
i know the fog was deliberate to allow more zombies on screen and bill voice actor had a falling out..
I don't mind either one. I can get attached to the characters I create very quickly, and Lee is no different. I love his personality, especially his clumsiness. I love his back-story. However, I have no doubt TTG would present us with another protagonist as likeable as Lee if they choose to head that way. I have no such faith in other companies though. I usually vote for continuity in other games (eg. BioWare's games).
I really think the first season will end in the ultimate choice: choose between Lee or Clem. Will you make the ultimate sacrifice?
Season 2 to feature an aged Clem in her late teens in a world that has long past the initial shock and accepted its new state. Where walkers are still a threat, but people have started to build up things as well. She will carry part of Lee (and us) inside her, and has been taught to survive, but to be sincere and just as well.

in short l4d2 was a lazy cash cow..
my 2 cents..
Well that's all nice and dandy, but did anyone ask or how is this in anyway related to the topic of the walking dead?

my point was ttg shouldn't be lazy and cut corners and 'phone it in' they should make the game better not worse and give us something that has all the good stuff from season 1 and cut out the bad stuff like the delays the silence an the qte's
Clementine growing up? I'm sorry guys but miracles don't exist in the walking dead. Did any of you read issue 100? Clementine growing up to her late teens? I think 10 years would probably make her the last survivor. Also making the story in the south just makes it easier to include a lot of things one of them being guns.
unless they give us choices that really matter, a new group of people would be better, because there would be no point in continuing Lee's story if we cant effect any of it, we would just be trapped in a story we cant change based on decisions we didn't make, and that would just keep getting worse the longer the story went on, i think its fine not to effect the story much in a 5 episode story, but if it continued, the lack of choice would be more of an issue

For all the talk about how supposedly brutal the books are, they have absolutely nothing on the brutality of actual, factual human history, and people still made it to adulthood. There's a reason Kirkman emphasis that it's other people, not zombies, that're the main threat to the survivors.
I want Let Lee's story continue., I think it be best to continue it unless he dies at the end but then continue it with the survivors that alive if any.

The thing is that Kirkman is not the writer for the game. It's basically TT's decision if they want these games to be brutal or not.
I love Lee and Clementine, but maybe one season is enough to explore the two characters. I guess the need for continuing their story would be influenced by what happens in episode 5.
Otherwise, it would be neat to follow a new group in a different environment. Specifically, an environment beyond America. (Australia, England, India and so on.) I think would be interesting to experience environment specific scenarios. For example, a travelling Australian group might encounter a scratched up, bitten survivor in a rural town. The bitten survivor is vomiting and claims to be suffering from a Taipen bite. Do you believe the survivor and give them your last antivenom? Do you accuse the survivor of lying? Do you ignore them? etc. Fun. c:
I'd still enjoy another season with Lee, Clem and whoever is left from this group but I'd prefer another season to be with a different group.
If they did another crossover with some people we've already seen in the Walking Dead universe (Morgan and his son, any of the people Rick's group come into contact with etc) that'd work quite easily. Otherwise, if they're feeling creative enough, I'd love a new group somewhere else in the country or even the world like the poster above me mentioned.
if TTG Devs drop in and say "Hey guys don't worry about the programming bits you just tell us what you want and whether youd like a new group or to continue" then hell i'll say continue

I see what you did there.
Or something with Kristen Bell. I'd play a(nother) game with her. (Giggadee.)
other wise people will complain we don't know what happened to her
i'd accept a left 4 dead 2 style new characters but we meet clem/lee as npc's
but i hope ttg do a better job than valve did with l4d2 (which imo l4d2 was garbage)
I'd like not knowing what happened to her.
How are you comparing this to Left 4 Dead 2...This is like comparing Kid Cudi to McDonalds you just don't do it.
We know Lilly

That is, if they improve their "communication" in the questions thread or elsewhere.
Silently stare until Shaun's scream is heard.

The Walking Dead needs to get out of Georgia. Happy they went with this in the comics.
