Episode 2 Won't Start

Every time I try to start Episode 2 on my mac all I get is an ax icon on the left side of my screen. I've tried redownloading the game multiple times, but it does nothing. I've emailed you guys (support@telltalegames.com) numerous times, but you refuse to answer my inquiries. I'm going to need a refund on this product as it does not work as advertised.

    I am having the same issue when trying to access episode 2 on my PC. I've already spent 3 hours troubleshooting a previous issue, just to run into another. Telltale, please patch your game, or at least provide a solution.

    This is also a problem I'm having trouble with. I'm playing on a mac. I've heard of a solution from pressing "Go" in finder, then choosing "Go to folder", and typing in ~/Library/Application Support. From there, go to the TT games folder and remove the Walking Dead folder from where it is. This should allow you to play episode 2. The problem is that there is no save whatsoever. Any fix for this problem?

    Same problem on Xbox. Installed the game but cannot select it. Annoying.
