[WD] Black Textures in Episode 2
Episode 1 worked perfectly for me but when I started Episode 2 I get a lot of black textures (some foliage, the eyes, occasionally entire characters). I tried going back to the menu to restart but the menu got all blackened as well. Only way to fix things was to restart the entire game.
Tried it several times and I get black textures only when I try to launch Episode 2.
I'm using a dual HD5870 Mobility in Crossfirex and an i7 Q740 CPU. I have 8 gigs of DDR3 RAM installed. (Disabling Crossfirex didn't change anything)
I tried lowering all the settings to their minimum value but I still get black textures (was playing on max at 1920x1200 before that in Episode 1).
Can someone help please? (Using the latest drivers: Catalyst 12.4)
PS: Anti-aliasing isn't forced on in CCC.
PSS: I bought it from Steam if that helps.
