Episode 2 Problem

I am sure there is a thread somewhere I didn't notice so sorry but does anyone know what is wrong with episode 2? I cannot load it for some reason on steam- I read the forums on steam and nothing they suggested help. I waited 15 minutes hoping the game would load and restarted my computer- still with no results. Does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated greatly.

    I also have this issue I think. For me it just pulls up a black screen with an axe icon on the side and a crosshair I can move around.

    need more info

    update your graphics drivers,
    re install game
    select the chapter 2 not continue from ep1
