The Walking Dead Graphic settings reversed

For some strange reason, the Low setting for Graphics Quality is actually the High setting. I'm still playing around with the settings to see what other ones are reversed. Although I rather not, I'm probably just gonna reinstall the game and hope for the best but is there a solution to this problem?

Edit: Just reinstalled the game and no changes.

OS: Win7
CPU: i7 - 2670QM 2.20 ghz
RAM: 8GB
Video: Radeon 7690M XT
