(WD) Unable to re-download + Activation Issues

Just ordered the game walking dead via telltale's online website after registering an account.

I am currently experiencing TWO issues

ISSUE ONE:

My issue is the game shows up under 'my purchases' but I am unable to re-download, or can't seem to find the download link.

I was able to download and install the game after my initial purchase via the exe file given to me immediately after ordering.

ISSUE TWO:

Upon launching the game I receive the error below... 'your telltale account does not currently...'

I have started the game while holding space bar and successfully re-entered my account info several times with multiple uninstalls and restarts to no avail!

Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thank you.

    Same issue, no link to download game on My Games page.
