Help with Broken game

I've been trying to contact Telltale for the past week or two regarding an error making the Jurassic Park game unplayable.
I am a customer and don't appreciate being ignored. Please have someone contact me about my issue. (issue-61237). Even if it is to tell me that it is being worked on.
