Larry being "saved" is something we'll never know for sure. We can't say for certain whether his mouth was moving as a sign of breathing, or the first sign of him reanimating as a walker. I really DO think that if Larry were dying, he'd ask someone to make sure he doesn't come back and hurt Lilly. And if he became a walker in that room, there's a good chance none of them would have gotten out of there IMO. I actually miss him, and the way he'd go off on any little thing he didn't like.
First of all, learn how not to hold grudges, it doesn't take a Month for someone to change their views on you, larry wasn't going to try to kill Lee again else he would have when he had the axe right there on the teacher, Did you see him swing down on you or was it just the zombie? and considering noone even knew bites weren't needed I say that's a pretty big deal that Larry didn't try to axe you in fear of you being bitten, kind of shows how he didn't Want to kill you anymore, and him saying he would OUTLIVE you implies he wouldn't too, And the majority of the time he doesn't treat everyone else quiet how he treats you, despite wanting to throw Duck out I don't think he would treat duck any worse than he treats Clementine, its a shame Larry is gone he was a very good character but with such big hate against him they must have really wanted him gone.
It's not really a grudge to not trust someone who tried to kill you, its more justifiable caution. Just because he failed the first time and people are now watching doesn't mean that he will fail the second when every ones guard has been lowered after a time. Also because of that I would never give Larry my only weapon, IE the axe. Mark had it and missed and Carley saved my ass, Larry just stood back in fear. I took him saying that he would outlive me as the fact that he wanted me dead more then ever, not that he wanted me alive, I bet if the situations were reversed he wouldn't have hesitated to smash my head in. I do think Larry was a very well written character, but similar to my dislike of Liara in Mass Effect, that doesn't mean I have to like said character.
I wonder how many people gave Larry the axe and why, so he'd like Lee more? I always gave it to Mark, not because I disliked Larry, but because Mark was the one who asked. Larry was just being childish.

I gave larry the axe because he's obviously got more strength than mark--who I didn't feed.
Well, I've decided in my infinite wisdom to introduce myself to the forums with a post about how Larry is justified in being a dick and leaving you for dead back at the pharmacy (bring on the rage.)
Imagine this: you've lived a long life, your wife has died and you understand that you will probably follow soon; your heart condition definitely isn't helping. Your daughter is the only thing left that is worth anything in your life, and you have sworn to yourself that you will protect her no matter what.
You hear in the news that an influencial politician was murdered by a man, you mentally sigh in relief when the reporter says that he is behind bars.
One less danger to your daughter.
Sadly, that isn't the last of your problems. Eventually, you hear word that the dead are coming back to life and eating people. You and your daughter manage to make it to safety in an abandoned pharmacy, when you look in the backroom, you find two elderly corpses, almost exact matches to the same elderly couple you saw in photos adorning the pharmacy.
After removing the bodies from the drug store and barricading it thoroughly, you and her rest and you start to fully realize the depth of the situation you're in: the dead are coming back to life, they're eating people, and those people come back to life and eat more people.
But there is another question in your mind; the couple in the photos were accompanied by two young men, one of which looks suspiciously like the murderer you heard about earlier. And you notice that this pharmacy is located in the same town he lived in, could it just be a wild coincidence?
An undeterminable amount of time passes, and a reporter with a gun and ammo arrives with a fat, fruity looking piece of shit in tow. But then again, she has a gun, so he can stay too if she wants him to, you guess.
Another undetermined amount of time passes, and you hear people shouting outside. The shouting, however, quickly turns to screams. The reporter girl goes outside and wastes ammo on some walkers, despite your attempts at stopping her; there's no point to saving people if you're all just going to starve to death!
She comes back inside, with what appears to be two families in tow. A small boy in the group is caked in blood, which can only mean-
Oh, fuck.
You scream at them to throw the boy out, he's obviously bitten. That's how the radio reports said you turn, right? WHY WON'T THESE BASTARDS THROW HIM OUT BEFORE HE KILLS YOU ALL?!
The sound of a roar and the scream of a little girl interrupts your heated arguing. You turn and you see a walker holding down the girl, trying to bite her kneck.
Before you can even try and trap it or kill it with a blunt object or something, that DUMB CUNT of a reporter shoots it.
The sounds of walkers beating on the barricades quickly draws your attention, you and the other immediatley shut up and stay quiet. After a few moments, the walkers shamble off.
Thankfully, the boy isn't bit, but that still begs the question of how the girl opened the bathroom. You remember something along the lines of the man who you can only assume is her father telling her that the key is behind the counter.
Wait, his face seems awfully familiar, you swear you've seen it before, isn't he-
Oh, dear god.
You quickly try to warn them, you have to warn them. You open your mouth, but before you can warn them, the searing pain in your chest skyrockets.
Oh no, please God, not now.
You fall over in agony, and everything past that is a blur. When things finally become cohesive again, your daughter is giving you your medicine.
Thank God.
But before you can warn them, you suddenly notice the rythmic en masse moaning and pounding on the doors and windows. You are rushed out the back door though, and have little time to explain anything to the others. You are simply told to stand sentry at the door leading to the back exit, and are given no say in the matter.
Eventually, the building is breached and all of the remaining defenders are running for the exit. He tries to get through, but you sucker punch him.
You are not letting some psychopath hurt your daughter.
You get to the truck, and try to explain the situation. Before you can tell them who he is though, your daughter tells you that he helped get your medicine.
Before you can continue to argue, the bastard with the fish shirt comes, crazy murderer in tow. Seeing as how you all don't have much time before the walkers realize that their food just ran behind the shop, you and the group pile into the truck and drive off.
Later, when you've escaped the horde, you still haven't told the group that Lee is a murderer. Though, since he saved your life, he might actually deserve for his activities to remain a mystery.
However, he still killed somebody, so you're notjust going to let him off the hook. You let him know that you know what and who he is, and warn him that if he tries to hurt your daughter, you're going to make sure the entire group knows.
After all, you still have a daughter to protect.
(TL;DR: Would you like a murderer being around your pride and joy, possibly being in love with her?)
No, that's crap. Larry was conscious and aware of what was going on in the pharmacy, as evidenced by his response if Lee comments on his temper. If he was so concerned about Lilly's safety, why didn't he tell her about Lee? The reason Larry never told the group was because it gave him power over Lee.
