I have emailed your support twice. The first auto-response confirmation # is 61714. My daughter downloaded ThE Walking Dead" from your site. Before intalling it a warning displayed saying it may cause harm to the compter. I had her trash the file and would appreciate a credit to my accout.

    Your antivirus is probably flagging it because the game needs to connect out to Telltale's servers to verify that the account you're logging in with actually owns the game. If you downloaded it from Telltale's site, the file itself is fine.

    I agree that it should be a false alert.
    Or are you talking about the standard windows security warning that looks like this?

    Otherwise, which software warns you, and can you post a screenshot of the warning please?
