Walking Dead is unplayably broken

This game has a bug in it that makes it not worth playing at all. There is no hard saving or auto saving. If I hit escape, every option in the menu starts a new game so I can't even shut it off without ctrl+alt+del. My system specs absolutely are NOT an issue here as other people are getting this problem as well and I can run other TellTale games just fine. Telltale games, please fix the problem or give these people their money back for selling a broken product.

    I can't help you much, but there's a workaround that fixed it for some people.

    Same. I've gone over a month without any help through here and directly through support. I filed a dispute with my CC company this morning, and am sending a letter to my attorney general this evening. I'd suggest you all do the same.
