Can't Download Jurassic Park

When I purchased the full game in May, I could never get the game to fully download. It would get to about 2.0 of 2.6 gb, and then the download would say finished and leave a zip folder which contained nothing. I'm trying to download it again, but now I can't get past the "starting" phase in Chrome, and it won't connect with Internet Explorer.

Is it possible to get a hard copy of the game?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    If you're not able to connect to our servers, that's not something we would be able to assist with, unfortunately. Please contact your ISP to determine where the issue lies, and they'll be happy to help.

    Sorry, but the only hard copies we have are the Deluxe Editions, and I'm not able to send those out.

    It's not the ISP. It's a limit on telltale's CDN. Files over 712MB(YMMV) are truncated. Jurassic Park stops at about 19% (YMMV) no matter which ISP you use.
    Time to stop shrinking from the problem, TT.
