walking dead game wiped saves?

after downloading episode 3 of the walking dead game on ps3. the game became very buggy. and i lost episode 2 saves. after replaying ep 2 and playing through episode 3. i got a very serious fatal error message (your save data is corrupt) it then said something like. reworking saves. and i lost over 18 hours of gameplay! now it is a fact that this error message is your game and not my system. so my question is are you going to fix this soon? how can u expect people to buy and play games that just end up destroying save files?

    Are you on x box? My saves are not working at all. It wants me to start all over. Wouldn't those saves not work too?
