Crosshairs not showing up

AM playing Ep 3 and none of the cross-hairs are showing up so am having to guess where they are at. is anyone els having this problem or am i missing an option that got changed with the release

    nvm got it fixed by redoing the files

    What does 'redoing the files' mean? Did you re-install them? Alter them? etc? I'm having the same issue and would really like to know. Thanks
