Unsure. Unlike the rest of the list, Stanley Parable HD actually got a bit of mainstream gaming press.

Ah, good, the Adventure Games go without mention. Great work, team.

Yogventures? Not hating the yogscast or anything(I quite enjoy watching... everyone but Simon and Lewis :P), but... the game doesn't exactly look good.

But it's the game they made through Kickstarter. It's going to be just gre horrible.

Almost total opposite. The almost part being I agree with the last part. But that's because us Minecraft modders just have something against them. I kind of forgot why actually, but I need to stand by my fellow modders, even though I quit modding altogether. Mainly because of the Yogcast probably.

Actually, that's pretty helpful, and they actually target a broad audience that could use it more often.

That is a foolproof disguise right there!

I greenlighted that a while ago. I'm ahead of you Coolsome.
  • edited December 2012
You cannot even vote for it because it is greenlit already.

Surely everyone was doing it as a joke like I was going to.

No. Octodad 1 was actually a clever game. I'd recommend trying it out, it's free.

    Octodad is great.

Cognition looks pretty awesome, it even has Jane Jensen (Gabriel Knight) working on it

Anyway, I saw their trailer and played their demo, so far I really liked what I saw and played (though I wish the demo had harder puzzles, but it's a demo, it's expected to be easy).

Currently they're on steam greenlight waiting to be approved (though, they need our voted for it) and honestly, I want to show my support to indie adventure game devs (hence why I created this thread)

Hopefully the game will get greenlight :)

I'd love to support Cognition, but I already gave them my vote. At this point, the only way I think Cognition could get Greenlit was if everything ahead of them in the lineup were approved.
  • edited January 2013
I voted it up on day 1. I'm interested.

I just voted it up. I have no idea how this managed to slip off my radar, but that oversight is corrected now. :)

Somewhere in ketzer's house is a cushion with a picture of Jane taped to it. It's full of knives...

    isn't Gabriel Knight a good enough apology?:P
  • edited January 2013
Not when she also gave us Gabriel Knight 3!

Now that Incredipede has made it's way to Steam, you can get it for $9.99 for today only as part of GOG's Indie Gem Promo.

If you already bought the game directly from the developer you'll find your Steam key on your Humble Bundle account page.
