There Is One More Thing... [SPOILERS]
This sums up my feelings for the episode: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-U4Pvodwm0U
Worth the wait.
I am literally the only person I know who at the very least didn't hate Duck and he was actually a good Dick Grayson. I was wicked pissed with Kenny because he left me to die twice in the dairy and again in the pharmacy but now he has nothing... and at least he had a legitimate reason to kill Larry in the meat locker, even if he overreacted. Lilly just shot Carley on no evidence at all. I was expecting a pro-Lilly episode but this changed everything.
Am I the only one who isn't totally mad at Ben? When you think about it, him giving away the supplies was the only thing keeping out the bandits. Kenny was totally right about leaving, even if at the time I thought he was an enormous jerk, and the supplies would have run out eventually. The bandits already knew about the motor inn and with the St. John's taken out it was only a matter of time. It wasn't Ben's fault. If the bandits had demanded tribute directly then I would have agreed to give it anyway. It certainly wasn't his fault that the bandits attacked, nor that Lilly went apeshit and shot Carley, or that Duck got bitten, or anything else. All he is guilty of is stealing supplies and the only one who noticed was Lilly, so it obviously wasn't a huge problem yet.

I understand why Ben did what he did, and if he didn't it's not like the bandits were just going to leave they would have attacked the group and taken the supplies. That being said I was upset he never said anything sooner. I understand he was afraid of Lilly, but while everyone was still at the motel he could have approached someone about the situation he found himself in. Instead he decided to try and deal with it himself and it contributed to the group breaking and Carly/Doug dying.
A great episode, it made me like Duck so much. And when Kenny explains his actions on the train, and that he blames himself for what happened to Shawn...god... And then stopping the train and dealing with Duck was painful, but goddamn Katjaa, I didn't think it would be her to kill herself. I feel so bad for Kenny now, and I really don't trust anyone but Clem. A really good episode I think, that really hit me. Something from a subtle "there's more than four bandits, oh crap" to "I can't aim the gun at Duck through all my tears." I don't see how they could surpass this episode.
I made a rage quit the second Carely was shoot to come here to see if there was any way to save her but Telltale seems to be fast to brush any big decisions the player make... or I'm still a bit annoyed at them. Still a good game and all but I won't speak as highly of it as I did before completing episode 3.
I calmed down for 10 minuites before restarting the game and Ben can have a second chance, third he is left behind and fourth I'll kill him.
I can understand why everyone hates Ben, but again I don't think it was entirely his fault. If he had refused to give the bandits supplies they would have killed him and/or attacked the motor inn sooner rather than later. I completely disagree that he was responsible for what happened to Carley/Doug. That was Lilly's decision and hers alone.
Nope. Entirely disagree. He could just have said that a friend of his is captured. And that the bandits want supplies in exchange. Then Lee would have never looked for stolen goods and the raid would have never happened.
The fault lies almost entirely on Ben. And the next chance I can get rid of the cheating, stealing, lying bastard - I WILL. Not like he has ever contributed anything to the group anyways besides sitting on the post not doing shit.
I'm with you...that bastard....Carley was on his side the whole time and look what happened! UNFORGIVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
