So eventually there may be game support in the game support forums, yes?

It's been a solid day now where I've seen so many people having problems with their save files, some of them able to fix it with prefs fix and some not, but while we've gotten plenty of chatter from our gaming peers, I've yet to see anything out of Telltale to indicate that this problem is being worked on or whether or not this is even something that can be fixed at all.

I want to play the game that I purchased, and I don't want to have to replay through its beginning to do it.

Any word from... ANYbody over at Telltale... would be good. Because so far I've only seen users helping users, and to mixed effect.
