Something's wrong with Episode 3 [Season 1]

I finished the episode 3 yesterday now when I went to REWIND, there are pictures of lilly in the pharmacy saying "Placeholder 1"... What the heck does that mean? :confused:

ps I pressed stats and the status didn't appear. I just experienced it this morning.

    Yeah that happened to me too. Just go to continue and everything will return back to normal.

    Yes and I can't fix it!! And when I press score i must exit taskmanager cuz no buttens! wtf telltale

    only because of this problem i m stuck on train scene!!!
    same problem
    when i click play (after rewinding) the game starts from the point on which i left it
    that is "no rewinding"

    well,this bug happens when you're often rewinding the game too far,I even can't load episode 3 after rewind it to episode 2,should've make the backup save for that
