What is wrong with Ep. 2 ending?!

Seriously, what is wrong with the end of Episode Two?! I've been waiting for a solution for this problem for almost two months, and have received no information, despite my inquiries. I get to the last section of the game, complete it, go through the trailer for episode three, and when it looks like the stats screen is gonna load the info, the game freezes, and the last part of the game does not get saved. When I go to start up episode three, it does not say that the saved info from the previous games has been loaded up because of this.

I've gone back, erased all my info, and replayed through episodes 1 and 2 twice, and this has continually happened. Do I need to redownload episode 2 and play through it yet again?

A little help, please!

    I would say do a complete reinstall of the game.

    so these people really dont respond or give any help to the glitch atleast give us are money back
