[EPISODE 3 SPOILERS] Is Lily Still Alive?

Well in episode 3 you have the choice to either leave her behind or to take her with you, If you choose to take her with you she later ends up taking the RV and you dont see her again. But if you leave her behind she sees a walker behind her and runs off. So do you think she found other survivors and is okay and maybe even pop up in an upcomming episode or do you think she is dead? Tell me your opinions below!

First of all, capitalizing the first letter of every word makes this really annoying to read (I'm a grammar nazi).

Anyways, she is still alive. As far as I know (from comments I've read about the forums), Lilly is part of the comic series so it was always predetermined that she would leave the group. C/D's death was just an excuse to get rid of her honestly.

haha its cool i was just playing.

I think she is still alive... if they intended for her to die they would have showed like they have with every death besides the st johns brothers if you spared them. especially if she has the rv though, i mean thats a zombie fortified vehicle. just gotta worry about bandits

It was not exactly predetermined that she would leave. She could've left after episode 5, but since the Larry thing in ep 2 and the trailer for ep 3, most of us were sure she will leave somehow in episode 3. I would've loved to have her to until the end, but her story arc was great so I don't mind that way either.
If she didn't snap in ep 3 she could've easily stayed with Lee until the end. However, a character like Lee will never appear in any other form cause everybody's Lee is too different and setting a canon will diminish his character. It's like what happened with Darth Revan in Star Wars Kotor.

I completely agree with Cyreen. Her path is dark and it's going to get even darker. That only one of the reasons why I love her character so much.

Most of her story will be revealed in the book "The Road to Woodbury" which is pre-comic book event. Her comic book appearance is pretty short but very, very important. After that her fate is unknown although she's considered alive.

KOTOR and Revan are both canon within Star Wars. Just some basic idea how everything goes down in canon.

    1. All things the play can do that are related to the light side path are done.
    2. All of the things that the player can do without straying down the dark side path are done.
    3. All of the optimal light side choices are made.

The same applies to KOTOR2 (although, the exile is canonically female) and as far as I know SWTOR.

Sorry, I'm a huge Star Wars nerd.

I'm sorry I didn't paraphrase it correctly. I know Darth Revan is canon and in my opinion that takes the magic away. We all had our own Darth Revans until they told us that they will take only one of the paths and try to incorporate it in SWTOR. It just didn't work.
While in SW it was still mostly light and dark side, in this game everybody's Lee is just too different. There are too many versions of him. You might be an asshole, you might hate or love Lilly, could've saved Carley or Doug, you can be good or bad with Clem. While they can ignore the dead characters if for example Lee meets Lilly again how would that go? I will be happy to see her, but most people wouldn't.
Lee will be alive and present as long as we control him. I seriously doubt they will make him a sort of NPC and let him appear in the TV show or the comic book
