[SPOILER]What happens after EP3

edited September 2012 in The Walking Dead
Ok I will assume that most of you have seen the Walking Dead series or at least the first episode where Rick finds himself inside a tank with a walkie, with walkers inside as well. On the other side of the walkie we find Glenn, the person that left in EP2 of the game. If I remember correctly he brought the other walkie from Clementine with him.

Now we know that in EP1 of the TV-series the other part of the walkie is inside a tank, so my guess is that in EP5 of the game we end with Lee dying inside a tank. Whatever happens first I have no idea, but I have a good feeling about the EP5 ending.

What do you guys think? Am I way off or might I be correct?

Why would Lee die inside of a tank? Are you thinking Lee is the soldier in the tank that Rick finds? I thought he was white. >_> As for the radio, Glenn and his crew could have found another one, but when he communicated with Rick, it was with the tank's radio. As in, Glenn had a handheld, Rick used the tank's radio.

Is that what you meant? :)

Plus, the game isn't canon with the TV episodes. :P

What do you mean? I think everything happens within the same Universe.

Yah, the soldier in the tank was white.

It's also known that the TV show is in its own TWD universe and not adhering to the comic canon which is what the game is trying to abide by.

To some extent. It was said the game reflects the comics, as opposed to the TV series. I'm just saying Lee isn't the guy Rick finds in the tank. :D That's all.

Don't get me wrong, that would have made a cool theory, but like I said, the tank communication was done with a base station that was installed into the tank. :)

I like the OP's theory, that would be a cool way make them mesh. I like the walkie talkie traceback to the show in general.

Same here, it almost make sense until you remember that the comic/game and TV show are different TWD universes :( Still gonna headcanon it, cuz why not!

I always thought that the radio Glenn used to contact Rick in the tank was the very same one I (Lee) handed Glenn in the pharmacy. Come to find out later that the video game is not based on the tv show but rather a comic book I never knew existed. Anyway, I think it's okay and cool to think the TV Glenn's walkie talkie and the one I gave him in the game is one in the same.

Kiel if you just found out about the comics, i sort of envy you, you got alot of excellent Walking dead material ahead of you, if you like comics (and even if you don't, I recommend them if you're a fan)

For elaboration, if you don't like comics, you'll probably still like what Kirkman writes. It's always following a strong narrative and doesn't suffer from a lot of things that detract people from reading other types of comics. Continuity, I think, is the difference.

I am a fan of Lilly. I preordered the book Road to Woodbury. I may read the comics one day but for now I'd like to read more about people I've met (in the game of course) and this one about Lilly looks very interesting.
