[Ep3 SPOILER]Carley Fan Fiction
This is just one scenario I can imagine Carley living and what would have played out. I'm not a writer or anything, but it's fun to imagine.
"Lily, no!" Clementine cried out as she watched, helplessly, as Lilly pulled out her gun and aimed it at Carley.
The group quickly turned their attention from Kenny back to Lilly.
Carley ann Ben quickly moved as Lee grabbed Lilly's arm just as the gun went off.
Lee violently slammed Lilly against the RV, blood boiling.
"DROP IT," he said, teeth gritted.
Lilly looked at the gun in her hand and let it fall limpy from her hand, as if it were life itself and it hab become too much to hold onto.
"Kenny, What's happeneing!" Katjaa shaken voice screems from the RV.
"Get back in the RV. We're leaving this crazy bitch!" Kenny barked back at his wife.
Lilly looked Lee in the eyes, searching for understanding.
"She couldn't be trusted Lee. I swear," cracks in her voice. "Please."
Lee lets her go, even touching her being revolting, and echos Kenny.
"You're not coming with us."
He picks up the gun as Lilly starts crying. "I'll die out here!"
"I don't care."
"You tried to kill Carley, Lilly! We can't have you with us! If we take you with us, how long before you try to get ME?' Kenny jumps in.
"I'm a danger? You've had Lee with you this whole time!"
"I don't care what he did before. If we keep you with us, how long before you try to get us!"
Lilly, broken, pleads to the mercy of a man that killed her father to spare her. It was a scence she never hoped to experience again.
"I was trying to protect all of us," She meekly manages to get out. "I don't have anything left."
A new disgust washes over Kenny's face. "Get in Lee. Let's go you guys."
Everybody looks at Lilly as in the pile in the RV. Lilly looks at Lee, broken losing the only person she trust and care for anymore.
Lee gets on the RV and it drives off. Lilly watches for a breif second before she forced to run a walker shambling her way.
On the RV, everybody is shaken. Lee goes over to Carley to see how she's doing.
"Are you alright?"
She starts crying uncontrolablly. "Lee, I'm sorry," she lets slip between her lips as she sobs.
"Hey Carley, you don't have to be sorry. Lilly has been becoming unhinged since her Dad died. No matter what you said to her, trying to shoot you was too much."
Carley started crying harder. Seeing her so upset was unsual for everybody. Lee puts his arms around her to comfort and buries her face in his shoulder.
Lee is in a daze, reflecting on what took place, sadended at the lost.
"Lee, I'm pregnant."
Lee snaped out of his daze, snatched violently back into the present with the softest of words.
"That night I was lonely, missing Doug, and I came to talk to you and we.... I haven't had my period since then. I felt it moving earlier this week. I almost lost our child. I'm sorry I didn't tell you. It was just so much to deal with."
Lee was stunned. He was trying to process the news when Katjaa called for him.
"Lee, a word please."

She just admits she likes you at the beginning of episode 3 and your telling me earlier she did it with Lee?

Do you have to like people you have sex with them? Sex with no or little feelings happens a lot.
She has a one night stand with Lee. She was upset about Doug, about life, was lonely, Lee comforted her, but then she kept her distance even though Lee liked her.
Then, she knows she's pregnant, thinks Lee is a good guy and is warming up to him. It's the beginning of a relationship.
There's no plot whole. There's a lot of time we don't see in the game.
I honestly think the pregnancy wasn't necessary.
But, its such a nice change to see Carley live.

And i dont see Carley being that type of girl.
Also, we play as Lee, if we had sex with Carley, it would only make sense for us to know. Besides, she just admitted she liked us this ep, doesnt make sense that they already had sex.
This is fan fic, but no way this can be patched in the game.

Yeah, I thought it would be kind of boring if she just lived. Lilly shoots, she misses, the end. What is that?
I think it adds more to the story if Lee realize more was at stake than he could ever know and is now worrying about this woman and his unborn child on top of Clem and everything else.
Part of what makes ep 3 so great is Lee has Carley's death weighing on his mind. If she is going to live something needs to fill that hole to add gravity to the situation.
It's just my opinion. If people think it's better she just lives and a romance blossom, cool, but that's not TWD and kind of cliche to me. That's just me.
We didn't see Lee murder the guy boning his wife but we know it happened. We don't even know the details but he does. Personally, I don't think it's important that we see them hook up.
As far as Carley, she fell in love--hard--for Doug after he saved her life. In one day. Who's to say what she would or wouldn't do?
If it was a one night stand a few months back, how would he know anything? She wouldn't be showing yet, necessarily. And it's not like sex = children. Especially if it's just one time.
Women are complex. I don't think it's fair to say she would just be in love and try to have a relationship b/c they boned. I think a lot of people have questionable hook ups in the past. Plus, she knows Lee's past. At the time, she could have felt it was a mistake. He really could be dangerous so she backed off after that and they were just friends until ep 3

Apart from the pregnancy bit; that was a bit much.
Well, in episode 2 we know 3 months (12 weeks) has passed. From then to ep 3, how much more time as passed? A week? 2 weeks? 2 months? It's time frame could fit. It's plausible depending on how much time you think has passed.
This game is built on a bit too much. When you feel it's too much it's just right.
Maybe if she had sickness, but even then could be a lot of things. I would think she would be more practical, like ask Lee to try and grab a pregnancy test from the pharmacy, they've probably not all been scavenged. She seems to like honesty and whatnot.
Yeah, I read 18-25 weeks is closer to normal for the first pregnancy. Still, after a few months with no visit from Aunt Flow I would think she would suspect something.
Well, that's a give away. Maybe she didn't want to add stress when not needed. She thinks things through. Lilly said she is always asking what supplies they got when accusing her of stealing so maybe maybe she did get one.
But, that would good, right?
If every single woman were on their way to birth a child maybe it would be much easier to hide from zombies.
Humans survived much worse things than zombies on the Savannah. Not menstruating I don't think would be a huge advantage.
Haha Lee could grow closer to Lilly, but in reality he wouldn't try to hook up with her before Larry died. It's too risky. After he died, she's an emotional wreck.
Lee and Carley just makes more sense.
