[SPOILER] Walking Dead Exclusive Secrets, Info, and Updates!!

edited September 2012 in The Walking Dead
I'm following this guy, GhostRobo on Youtube and he just got back from Pax after listening to the Walking Dead crew there.

Highlights.

1/ If you think episode 3 was gut wrenching, then you haven't seen nothing yet. It's going to get DARKER!
2/ There is a scene coming up where all your past actions comes into play in an epic decision in episode 4.
3/ They got an ending in mind when they first started this game and it won't be changing.
4/ Originally, Lee was supposed to be Jim, Clem's much older brother.
5/ They worked hard to make Clem real and likable.

The 1st, 3rd, and 4th point were discussed in the latest Playing Dead episode. Still, good to know.

Well you know the deal with Telltale and their promises.
But yeah, let's just hope for the best.

I want to know if Carley is based on anybody in real life. Doug was. I doubt she is, but if she was they probably wouldn't say b/c she would get stalked or something. lol

2 excites me the most. So if season 2 starts with Lee and Clem again, I would have suspected something like a "big decision" to make in the coming episodes. Can't wait to see what it is.

It's supposed to get darker? We're past half way and pretty much all the characters I liked are dead, minus Clem. Let's see what they can do but a lot of the tension is gone because I'm not worried about people getting killed off now.

Boohoo guys, if all the characters you care for are dead, i guess you don't need to play the last 2 episodes.
Srsly tho, just wait for the entire game to be done before you make comments like that.

I've noticed if you side with Kenny 100% of the time he is a good friend! But then again who wouldn't be a good friend if you did that haha

If you had to watch Clem being suffocated as you slowly turn into a zombie, would that be darker?

Only dark would be if someone shoot Christa in the stomach and the baby die inside of her, that would be really dark. I barely can't see anything dark comming in the next episode.

I suspect the scene where all your past actions come to play will involve Clem and how you have treated her and what you have shown her. It will probably depend on how she deals with the creepy guy on the walkie talkie. After episode 3 I have no doubts that Telltale are willing to get darker. Maybe your choices will end up with Clementine being abducted by the walkie talkie guy or not or even if she ends up killing him... that would be a chilling cliffhanger for episode 4.

Sounds too good to be true. :)

I remember Gary Whitta saying he wrote ep. 4's story arc, and how he thinks its the most gruesome episode of the season if I recall.

I remember reading something about Episode 4 being the most messed up episode or something like that. I tried to look up the article that I read the other day but I couldn't find anything, makes me a bit excited for Episode 4 despite the lackluster 'Next time' trailer.
