[TWD] Games Freeze At Menu
I haven't played The Walking Dead since Episode 1, and since then I reformatted my computer. So I've redownloaded to catch up.
When I start the game up, I get to the initial login screen and the game does not progress to the menu. Generally it just stays on the black "The Walking Dead" screen with sounds playing in the background, occasionally it gets as far as "your account does not have a license" and then it returns to the blank screen.
This is the non-Steam version on PC. So far reinstalling, windw-mode, and booting clean have not worked.

Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.
Open the file and press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents, and paste them in a reply by pressing CTRL-V.

If that doesn't do anything, you can try disabling one of your two displays.
