Suporte ao game

Comprei na steam e conforme foram lançando os novos capítulos consequentemente o game foi atualizando, Só que depois da atualização do terceiro capitulo o meu jogo não abre mais alguém tem alguma dica.

Eu já atualizei o driver de vídeo, o physX, removi arquivos que possam estar impedindo o funcionamento como softwares de terceiros etc...

Já desinstalei tudo e baixei novamente e nada inclusive removi a tradução.

Ajuda...

    I bought the steam and as they were launching the new chapters hence updating the game was, only that after the update of the third chapter opens my game does anyone else have any tips.

    I've updated the video driver, PhysX, removed files that may be preventing the operation as third party software etc ...

    Have uninstalled everything and downloaded again and nothing even removed the translation.

    Help ...

    You could try verifying your game cache files.

    Also please post your dxdiag info:
    dxdiag
    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Open the file and press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents, and paste them in a reply by pressing CTRL-V.

    Here's what you can try:
    - Disable your second display before running the game
    - Remove your Headset

    That was just something to try. I don't know what causes it.
    You could also try if a clean boot helps:

    Booting clean in Windows Vista / 7:
    1. Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
    2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
    3. Uncheck Load Startup Items
    4. Select the Services tab
    5. Check Hide all Microsoft services
    6. Click Disable all
    7. If running the game on Steam, re-check the "Steam Client Service"
    8. Click on OK
    9. Click Restart.
    10. After reboot, run the game to see if it works.

    After performing the necessary steps, restore your settings by doing the following:

    1. Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
    2. On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
    3. Click Ok
    4. Click Yes, when asked to restart your computer

    Today I was running the game and it worked I removed the control x-box to do the test did not work, then connected the control and installed the translation because I live in Brazil and here we have translations for games. When translation software asked to indicate the application of game manually because it did not think I took auto and removed the compatibility mode and also removed it to run as administrator.
    I installed the translation and when I ran for performing amazing and it seems I can not explain, the steam did not give me any updates and procedures passed could not solve yet crazy thing ...
    Anyway thanks for the effort in wanting to help me hugs ...
