How is this game localized in other countries?

I often like to re-experience games in different languages if it's available. I don't see any language selection in the North American Steam version or PSN version of this game. I assume it's like that with all the platform releases.

Is it possible to change the language? Is the game dubbed or only subtitled in other languages?

    only English. Not even subtitles for any other language. Fine with me tbh.

    Why is that selfish of him? If he only speaks English and the lack of other languages doesn't bother him, why should it?

    English is my 3rd language.... after German and Spanish.
