Bug about Chuck in episode 3

After I met Chuck I went check out again the stuck part between the train
and I've already unstuck it so there's nothing else I can do.
And when I get back to the train, Chuck shows up again as the first time, and the same conversation started again...

I'm playing with XBOX by the way

    Well, I got a similiar bug/glitch with carley. I talked to her once and if just went on and on and on, The same conversation. I recommend turning off the game and running it again, If that doesn't fix it you can just rewind.

    luckily it just happened once,
    the 2nd time ,Kenny was in the right position in front of the ladder so the story continues(but at the first time he was back in the head of the train so the storyline was stuck)
    But I luv this game so much so I really don't want to c any bug there, hope someone could fix it
