walking dead episode 3 issues!!!

hello all and i first want to say that walking dead is a master piece video game

but i just bought walking dead episode 3 and i go to play it and soon as it starts it immediately takes me to episode 1. mind you i already completed episode 1,2 and i even replayed the episodes to see if episode 3 would work but it doesn't. i cleared my cache and still nothing please help me out

ALSO I GOT IT ON XBOX LIVE

    already checked it out i didnt see nothing that would help me out

    people have been problem with saves
    PC or console? Did you try sliding the chapters over manually?

    yup on my xbox i tried to manually do it and it automatically starts from episode 1 and i completed episode 2 and it show a trailer of episode 3 even though i have the game

    sounds like your savefile is totally wiped
    Im on PC so not sure what your option is from there
