Assuming I lived this long, I don't think I'd be able to kill anyone (walkers, maybe. Living people, probably not).
I'd take a step back, out of the immediate vicinity of the group. I'd take a good, long look at them, and distance myself for what I am about to say. "Pull the fuck together!" Then take a moment to consider my next words. "We just lost everything guys! Those damn bandits tried to kill us back there, and now we're shoving guns into each other's faces! It's been months, and the only way we've survived is by sticking together!" Pause again, letting the facts sink in.
"The damage is done. We've fucked up shit without turning on each other." Turns to Lilly. "You've had it rough, but the damage is done. Finding the traitor won't bring back the motor inn, or set the world straight again." Then to Ben and Carley. "I don't care who did it. One of you two, Kenny, or even one of the kids, it doesn't matter anymore. We pick up and go on, because all we have left now is each other. If we ever have to do this again, someone's gonna walk." I stare at them all intensely for a few seconds before pocketing the gun. "Now get the hell in the RV. The longer we stand here, the more time the walkers have to catch us off guard."
Assuming I didn't faint during the entire exchange, I'd likely keep the gun. I'm the least likely person I know to flip out and pop a cap.
I'd rage because Lilly was being unreasonable (in my point of view, of course) and I'd be like "Just shut the fuck up! We just lost everything, it doesn't even fucking matter anymore, Lilly, goddammit! Everyone, get inside the RV, we're leaving! *turns to Lilly* with or without you... you don't get to control us anymore." and then she'd probably shoot me. If not, well, once we got inside the RV and things calmed down, I'd try to persuade the traitor to just say he did it so we know we can trust each other in the group, but I would forgive him because it didn't really matter at that point anymore.

I think that knowing the truth is kinda influencing you on this one
It's all good but what if the traitor was actually one of the bandits? What if he was trying to ruin you from within? You would just say that it didn't matter who it was?
It's okay that we know why Ben did it, but if you didn't you could assume all sorts of things. My Lee wouldn't let a potential bandit sleep in the same RV as Clem.

Honestly, the thought hadn't even crossed my mind. And that idea sounds a bit weird... to me, at least. And I kinda trust people a bit easily, and I actually believed Ben before we got the train moving and he still said it wasn't him, so I'm a bit naive and forgiving... I'd say it doesn't matter because I'd think that person probably had his/her reasons to have done that, I'd just be curious about those reasons and try to see the situation from the traitor's point of view.
At first, I didn't know it was Ben and I was still trying to look for ways to get Ben killed. Her killing Carley made me disappointed I couldn't get rid of Ben.. then he TELLS ME IT WAS HIM AND IW WATERKJTKOAEZTRHKEA RPAWEPEHEFGE RAGED
Carley: "Shut the fuck up, Lilly, you're out of your mind."
Ben: "Just leave me alone!"
Lee: "Looks like it's 4 to 1. Guess I'm the tie-breaker? Oh, wait, no, MATH DON'T WORK LIKE THAT!"
The beauty of that scene is that every reasonable pretense at caring about an ordered system of justice that she put forward ended up backfiring on her. Which is why she ended up just pulling a gun and shooting somebody. You had to see that Lilly wasn't a leader, she was a dictator.

Hum, I don't know, really. I was thinking something along the lines of:
Kenny: "I don't give a shit." (Doesn't count towards kicking Ben out or not because he doesn't give a shit)
Lilly: "(Okay, your vote counts for Katjaa.)" (Lilly was +1 kicking Ben out)
Carley: "Shut the fuck up, Lilly, you're out of your mind." (Carley was +1 not kicking Ben out)
Ben: "Just leave me alone!" (Doesn't get a say in this because he's the one being judged?)
So it's pretty much Carley x Lilly and Lee has to say whether Ben should be kicked out of the group or not. That's the way I see it.
Heh, it's occurred to me I forgot to come back and vote on this thing.
I'd have "gotten over it" - no one was dead yet and we were fairly well screwed. Time to regroup - but Ben would not be trusted and he'd know he's on his last chance.
Of course, there would have to be some sort of justice for Duck. (So forgiveness is out of the question)
Lilly turned into to Rick Grimes pretty fast, but that's the kind of leader you need in a zombie apocalypse, you can't have votes or else it can't be the leader's fault if you get screwed over. Kenny isn't fit to lead, Lee isn't fit to lead, no one is. No one in this game will ever be fit to lead, but someone has to do it.
I've read several posters who state that Lee is not a leader, which I find surprising, considering his opinion is valued by everyone, he actually does the legwork and takes care of things, and when it comes down to the wire it's always Lee that steps up to the plate (being the good little protagonist he is). A good leader is a good follower.

she is nothing like rick, her motivation is pleasing her father, ricks motivation is protecting his family
she is nothing like rick, her motivation is pleasing her father, ricks motivation is protecting his family
Rick's family is dead besides Carl, Lilly's family is dead.
Lilly is a lot like Rick, they both try to please the group, but it's harder than the others think it is making it very stressful for both of them. That's why both of those leader figures snap plenty of times.
Kenny is nothing at all like Rick, that'd be an insult to Rick.
Rick finds a problem, he confronts it and deals with it, he's somewhat ruthless which is similar to Lilly. He doesn't back down unless the odds are strong against him, he's very headstrong; Kenny pussies out any time he can for whatever reason, even if he has a gun and there's two walkers trying to get Lee.
If Christa is pregnant... I think Kenny will come around. Lookin' after the kids, it's what a man would do. (Kenny Ep 2)
Kenny is that kinda guy.
I don't think he gave two shits about Clem's safety when she had to climb out of the meat locker to get the door open. It's also pretty clear he doesn't care about Omid when he said we should leave him.
Mine would be YTMND. Once I have the gun, I turn it on Lilly and grease the crazy bitch.
The reason: Lilly is on a power trip, she gets off ordering people around just like her father. Since episode 1, i've believed that Larry and Lilly simply care for themselves and would sacrifice the entire group if it meant they survived.
As for how I'd deal with the traitor, I would look at the rest of the group and "I'm in charge now, and who ever fucked us, keep it to yourself. now get in the goddamn RV."
Point the gun and Lilly, tell her to get in the boot of the RV and calm the fuck down. Then after Ben confesses, tell Lilly what happened, give her the gun and let her decide what to with the useless dick.
You'd think they really would have taken Lilly's gun away when she went all bibilly-cracked after her father died, for her own protection and everyone else (particularly Kenny).

LOL
I have to admit, I'm surprised more people haven't.
I had a hunch when I was talking to him about the clues, he was so awkward and was a pansy.

If I saw Rick, I'd run the other way.

Semantics.
...I think I just realized why I can totally see Rick when I look at Kenny. Which makes me realize why I think Kenny will survive season 1. Huh.
Other than he just lost his motivation.
Rick's family is dead besides Carl, Lilly's family is dead.

I wonder if the initial "KILL BEN" onslaught was just an impulse, rather than genuine desire, then.
That'd be YTMND
