Purchase issue

I "purchased" Walking Dead, the charge shows up on the card I used to make the purchase, however it failed to clear your system. It shows up as "pending" on the card however as best as I can tell it does not show in the TTG system at all.

I sent an email, "issue-63006" which explains the entire situation.

Any help would be appreciated

    Hi,

    Your card will not be charged as the order was never completed. What you're seeing is a Pending Authorization Hold. You will see the funds put back into your account in the next 2-3 business days. If you're not familiar with Pending Authorization Holds, you can contact your bank and they should be able to provide you with more detailed information.
