Please help! I'd just bought the game.

I'd just bought the game and I am trying to even install or open the program but every time I click. I get this message on my computer like this:

WALKINGDEAD_V3- DISK DOES NOT RECOGNIZED.

What does this mean?

What should I do? :< If I can't get it to work. Then how do I get a refund? If I can't get this game to work. No offense guys. But I am at a lost. I have a macbook pro

2.4 GHZ Intel Core duo
4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

    The picture in your fist post seems to suggest that an error occurred during the download (in the bottom-left corner of your browser, it says "523/523 MB Download Er..."), so I would suggest re-downloading the file.
