Received Scrached Season DVD Today

Hello everyone I just received my DVD for season 1 today and the disk was loose in the box and all scrached up have any of you had this problem? How is telltale at replacing damaged disks?

    try shopping and activation support and i am sure emily will manage to sort it out for you (or one of the others ie jake etc)

    Are you the same person who just wrote into support@telltalegames.com about a scratched disc? Please let me know so I don't double my efforts. :D

    FYI, your replacement disc is packaged up and I'll hopefully be sending it tomorrow.

    I received the disk thank you for the very quick turn around I wish more companies were this fast & friendly.
