What exactly do you mean with "download problems". What does it say? What is the error message?

I'd say you need to direct your complaints to wherever you're downloading it from.

A 1 minute google search said you need to tap your screen every minute or so until the download is finished. Apparently if the download takes longer than 10 mins it allows the iphone to go in standby. Problems seem to be the lack of background task completion and download-resume after interruption. So try the tapping to keep your phone busy and tell me if it worked.

So your brilliant plan is that if telltale aren't listening to you at all, you should... continue posting to telltale thinking this will be the time they listen?

Yeah, not a good plan there.

i have a fix..buy it on another format.. change your isp to one with a higher download cap or unlimited..

also a pre-emptive strike is never buy it for an overpriced tablet computer that is replaced every year and costs more each time..and isn't fully compatable with all currently available software..

plus the fact that it has to be constantly used to remain 'active' check the settings to keep the screen on ??

Yeah, I'd call customer service for the device you're using and tell them that the download being constantly interrupted burned your data to nothing. Demand it back or a refund for the tablet. That tablet sounds terrible.

Yeah, not a good plan there.

Keep hoping they read the post and your sarcasism is unwarranted

couldn't you at least keep posting it in game support?
