How do I download episodes 2 and 3?

I just bought the game, paid the full $25, but I only have episode one downloaded. Do I have to play through the first episode before the next one downloads, or is there someplace special I have to go to get the next two? Thanks for any help!

    Oh, and I'm using my macbook pro to play it.

    I have a Macbook pro and finished episode one. To my surprise Episode 2 still says COMING SOON. what do I do?
