Showing the fates of Characters end game

Just floating an idea around, if at the conclusion of Chapter 5 would you like it if Telltale revisited the characters you came across over the course of the game and gave a picture/video of them with a little synopsis of what happened to them or a little of what they have done since they died or split ways with the group?
For instance it shows a picture or short video off Doug/Carley as a walker wandering the streets or chasing after a survivor with a small caption, something to think about you know? A certain survivor rotting in a ditch with crows picking at their body. Very interesting

Ron Perlman's voice tells you a bit about their time since then, then says something pithy about the futility of progress.

    War... war never changes.

No I really wouldn't want that. Any characters you come across that aren't with you at the end are dead. Plain and simple.

I have no hopes that the game is going to give us a happy, riding off into the sunset game. That's just The Walking Dead. I don't need a narrator to tell me how the characters are going to die. I'd rather just imagine what happens to them if the game doesn't continue with these characters for season 2. They are all going to die. I know that much. I don't need detailed explanations of how.

I think the end will be a sad gut-wrentching affair so maybe your idea would be okay if it showed all the people we've met, killed, saw getting killed, being eaten, etc the way they were before the ZA.

It could show a few seconds of Larry at his retirement party, Mark walking with his fellow airmen in a hangar, Carley reporting on a story, Clem at birthday party with her parents in their backyard, so forth and so on.

Then a preview of season 2!

I like that idea actually, that would be pretty crazy

Nice. I was thinking about that video camera from episode 2. If both Lee and Clem escape at the end, have Lee find it in her backpack and he checks it over to find Clem was using it. She records a few nice moments at the motel, showing all the characters before everything goes to hell.

Now that'd be pretty darn cool.

Absolutely love your idea Kiel! Maybe, if Lee dies, have a scene with him meeting his wife outside his classroom just after dismissal. I would really like to see a scene of Lee being happy before the apocalypse.

These are amazing ideas, but I wouldn't want any of them. They'd make me too sad. Knowing how nice things were and how vastly they turned to shit for all these characters we've come to know and love would just be a kick in the teeth.

    They are awesome ideas though.

    TELLTALE! DO YOU SEE THIS???

    MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! :D

I actually would love to see this happen, though it would make me more sad knowing each character's fate...

flashback idea while nice would probably cause some people to think it was a retcon/future moment and confuse them..

best to just leave it with some hint at season 2

You might as well draw it yourself. I'm sure it'll be awesome regardless of whether or not its official. Plus I'd like to see happy equivalents of the characters.
