Transferring Steam Mac save files to Windows

I played through Chapters 1 & 2 on Mac via Steam. I would like to continue on Windows via Steam. Is there any way to transfer my saved games?

    I doubt it, there's no cloud sharing. But there are existing threads on how to locate the save files on your drive. I'd compare the files and try from there.

    Yeah, I already transferred the save files to the Windows save directory but the game did not recognize them. I was just hoping that there was something I was overlooking or not aware of to make it work.
