Where are the subtitles files?

Please, where I can find the subtitles files? I want to do a translation to spanish but I can't access to the correct files to do it. Can you help me with this question? Where I can find the tools to manipulate the data files? Is it possible?

    I believe they're stored in the .ttarch files, but it's encrypted and the only people who know how to decrypt it are Telltale (who isn't going to tell you) and some random other people (who aren't going to tell you either, at Telltale's request).


    So unless my premise is mistaken, you're out of luck.
