Everybody's coming with me. We're a family dammit!

An extremely dysfunctional family with trust issues and at least one member who probably wants to kill another one but we're a family no less!!!

Of course, family or not, I will gleefully sacrifice every last one of them if that is what it takes to save Clementine.

If it makes you feel any better, as Kenny's best friend, I'm glad he came along so I can sacrifice him no matter what. Lee isn't going to be the only one to die in MY Episode 5...

How the heck do you get everyone at the end?

Or more accurately, how do you keep Kenny if you save/bring Ben?

Feels weird not having Kenny with the group.

You have to have sided with him at least sometimes in the past episodes, and saving Ben makes him like you less, but it's still possible. If he needs convincing, telling him that Clem is your family should work. Then, when you ask Ben to come tell Kenny to deal with it and tell Ben that Clem needs him.

I didn't have any trouble with Kenny. I just said Clementine was my family or something like that and he caved right in and decided to come.

Ben took a little convincing but when I told him he owed Clementine because she stuck up for him in the school, he came too.

I would guess it depends on decisions in prior games. I've only ever really gone against Kenny two times in previous games, the whole Larry situation and at the end of Episode 2 when he wanted to steal from the station wagon. Oh and I stuck up for Ben in Episode 4. Other than that I have pretty much always sided with Kenny.

I told Kenny that Clem was my family and he said he'd come, then with Ben I told him he had to make his own decision (and he decided on his own to come) - Kenny forced a choice so I left him.... sick of his ultimatums...

Heh... and so many people have said "the choices don't matter in the end" lol

LOL my friend only got Ben to go with him because he accidently dropped the controller and told Kenny he needed Ben more. His lines on the ending screen "WHAT THE HELL! Just Ben? This is going to be awkward as hell."

Ben, as zombie fodder. He wants to die either at my hand or Kenny's and he left Clemmie for zombie snacks, so I'm happy to bring him along as fodder or as a decoy. It'll asssuage his guilt to know he died saving Clem.

In any case, Clem and I have done more than enough to warrant everyone's help, but TTG is weird that way.

Okay, but it's terrrifically stupid of TTG to make four words rather than four episodes of helping Kenny what moves him to help you, and especially, to help Clem. I would have dumped this clown long ago, certainly no later than episode 3.

That does not seem to be the case at all. It seems like most people are getting soundly rejected by Kenny and many of those who manage convince him lose him again once they decide to bring Ben along as well. You have to firmly have his trust if you want to be able to take him AND Ben along with you. It seems to depend quite a bit on your actions in prior games. Personally, I almost always sided with him unless he was being a douchenozzle - i.e., the whole Larry fiasco.
