What do the military tags mean?

When your at the doors near the pile of walkers you see military tags
does anybody know what it means?

    the graffiti of numbers in the sort of triangle things everywhere? There is a diagram explaining the numbers further into the episode.

    Later on when you get to the school, there’s a sketch on the table in the classroom. The sketch explains what the numbers are.

    It's not a military tag, it's a Crawford tag. The numbers codes correspond to who inspected the house, the date, how many walkers they found, how many survivors they chose to take back to Crawford and how many survivors they chose not to take.

    Left number does mean = Number of ineligable citizens found
    Down number does mean = Number of citizens brought to crawford
    Right number does mean = Number of walkers found
    Up words does mean = Initials of person conducting my search
    Up numbers does mean = Days since outbreak

    Same concept as FEMA currently uses, somewhat. I think FEMA has marks for people alive, people dead, date and something else I can't remember and am too lazy to wiki right now.
