How do you like your ending cooked?

edited October 2012 in The Walking Dead
What kind of emotion do you want Telltale to drag out of your soul at the end of the season? I mean last moments of the game, what impression do you want left on you as the credits roll by.

    Hopelessness.

I mean, I don't want that, but that would sure be a Walking Dead ending.

I want them to make me feel extremely depressed.

Depression has been a good one so far. Why stop now?

I want to cry at my keyboard over a character that isn't even real. lol

I guess it's pretty obvious that they won't stop the sad rhythm before the finish line. I would like closure and satisfaction.

A psychotic mix of depression, elatedness, anger, and frustration. That is the only way this series can go out.

Oh dude, I did too. But episode 5 I was to bawl like a baby! I want to curl up in the fetal position and suck my thumb and think about my life because of the ending on this game.

I got choked up during the bell tower scene with Ben, and my eyes teared up. The only time I was actually bawling was the part in Episode 3 where Kenny stops the train, all the way to shooting Duck. I expect waterfalls of tears at the conclusion of 5.

I cried at a 'certain moment of Ep3', will they be able to do this in Ep5? let's see ...

Exactly at that scene, but after it I had to pause the game to wash my face... I really feel like I overreacted, I didn't want him to die so freaking bad...

If they actually manage to do that (not as exaggerated, of course, lol), it would be freaking awesome :p

Did you drop him? The thing that really got to me there was the part when he screams, and you realize that the fall didn't kill him. It only broke his legs, and you see the walkers begin to tear into him. Plus, they played the theme from the St. John's farm while he's dangling there, and again after you choose. That was probably the most effective piece they could have gone with. I expect to hear it again in Episode 5!

I didn't, but as Lee was holding his hand and he was asking to be dropped, I was so sure that Lee was either gonna end up dropping him or his hand would slip that I got a bit too emotional... I don't know, maybe I felt sorry for him, I kept defending him every time people started going at him for messing up :D. And nice catch there, I know music makes all the difference in games like these, but I just can't consciously pay attention to it. I'm really amazed, I think that if Episode 5 makes an epic ending, this could totally be GOTY :D
