please help episode 4 gutter bug

lee just keep opening the gutter and he keep repeating it until the walkers kills him

    This is confusing - he opens the sewer manhole, but if you click to enter it, he just opens it again until you die?

    You are using the hook, right? It doesn't open without that.

    fixed just had to redownload the episode 4
