It just hit me now as im playing AssHoe Lee the Walkie Talkie man might be the guy thats in all the pictures in the medical area of the school on the lockers!!!!

    I believe that he's the one swinging from the Bell Tower. Might be mistaken though.

    The guy hanged at the bell's tower is Crawford's leader, Oberson. This has been demonstrated with strong evidences already.
