Just bought game and have had nothing but problems (problem downloading 3 times, Won't let me in, won't reconize my password). How do I get a refund on this stinking game

You can't. Many have tried, all have failed.
We can only hope for an official fix... some day... At least you're not alone, the forum is filled with people who aren't able to download or play episode 4 or have lost their saves.
