Yeah, doesn't matter who you pull into the train, actually thinking about it, it is a rather strange decision considering it has little to no impact. Just an illusion.
In my game, I showed the bite, and actually said I'd go it alone because I didn't really feel I have the right to ask them to help considering their about to get on the boat and leave, and I had no right to ask them to put themselves in danger again.
But Omid/Christa said no way basically, and so they came along with Ben. Kenny didn't and seriously needs to learn maths, because his scorecard must be messed up if he thinks I've not helped him at all. It all goes back to whether or not you help him kill Larry, which I didn't.
In any case, for me personally, it makes a lot more sense for Kenny to get the boat prepped and ready, I trust him enough not to go without us, and at least, in theory, the boat would be ready to go. Plus I didn't feel comfortable leaving Ben behind with Kenny alone.
well, I left Kenny. cause he wasn't really into go with me, I didn't want to beg him, so he stayed, which is good cause he's the best person for watching the boat (for example I wouldn't leave Ben alone to keep an eye for a boat ;p ). Crista and Omid... I wanted them to stay first but they didn't wanted to, so that's all right, they came with me. I also took Ben, maybe he will prove that he changed. besides, I don't care if he dies, so he can be useful to risk his life for a good purpose ;D

And did you make him kill Duck/the attic boy? Maybe both?

4. Fed Duck, Clem, Kenny and Larry (I think)
4. Spared Andy
5. Took the food
6. Shot the girl at the drugstore
7. Left Lily
8. Fed and watered Duck at the train
9. Shot Duck
10. Shot attic boy
11. Told him to deal with Ben later
12. Voted to keep Ben

So I'm pretty sure that you don't have to side with Kenny all the time, because he was still willing to help me and gave me the speech about how awesome I am.
I was always as diplomatic as I could be when I spoke to people.

Because I remember no big choices concerning the two, and they do not say anything about me being selfhish or the like.
They just show that Omid needs more rest because his leg isn't ok yet.
If it isn't saving him first to the train, maybe it is pushing him down the bridge, which I unfortunately did

I play the game without the "x will remember this" prompts to make it more interesting. So do not know if this was an important decision.
I would have liked to bring Omid and Christa, too (killed Ben before), but they did not come - saying it's because Omid's leg wasn't good enough yet.
Anyone knows exactly why I haven't had the chance to bring Omid and Christa with me?

I didnt leave Clem however- this far into the story, she's more like family than a burden- and she's developed into a very capable 8yr old. I would like to see the option on youtube but I couldnt bring myself to doing it in a playthrough
