Yet another Ep3 save issue

I'm having issues with my ep3 save.

I can see it on the menu fine, and can select the part I was up to in "rewind". But when I select it, it starts me in the beginning of the episode.

No matter what I do, it just starts ep3 over again. What should I do?

I tried contacting Telltale over 2 weeks ago and never got an answer to my inquiry.

    I apologize for the issue you are experiencing. Please let me know which platform are you using to play the game, and I will do my best to resolve the problem.

    This is on the PC version.
