Leaving Ben in the woods

edited October 2012 in The Walking Dead
Did anyone choose " not our problem " in the woods? If you have a choice to leave Ben, before he gets everyone killed, does it matter?

If you do it, Kenny will grow a heart (And lose a brain -_-) and save him.

but then larry could have eaten you all in the meat locker because you thought it was only bites that made zombies, the bandits may have attacked earlier (could have been worse) and maybe the train wouldn't be there if you had to leave earlier, who knows when it got there?
maybe Clementine would have ran away because she was annoyed with only having duck for company, maybe carley/doug would have taken mark back to the motel with them and you would have been shot by the arrow and eaten.

    ben is a HERO :D

Except Larry had already been worked up because of Ben and (soon to be zombie whoever) - so he had more stress on his heart.

Take that away and maybe he wouldn't have keeled over in the meatlocker

Ben killed Larry - you heard it here first.

No actually I killed Larry by telling him to eat up and enjoy his cooked human cube steak:p That or kenny's salt lick;)

on the flipside, it caused a panic and made kenny believe larry had to die. when i still believe lees CPR began to work on larry.

i'm no medic but from what i have heard CPR just keeps the brain alive until paramedics can use medicine, medical equipment and skill to revive the person and start his heart, CPR doesn't restart a heart it just keeps the blood moving, it's why you should keep it up until paramedics arrive

either way if you complete the fourth pump on larry he takes a small breath in and his mouth moves, this was not enough time for his brain to die and come back so he was moving his living body. ALL I KNOW!;) but my thing is really it could have gone down either way...But old boy didn't die of a heart attack and reanimate within 2 minutes. IMO anyways

Telltale said the scene was meant to be ambiguous so, as far as the game is concerned, we could've either seen the living Larry recovering or the walker Larry getting ready to chomp you.

Reality-wise, thestalkinghead is right, CPR alone doesn't work, Larry should've been considered dead the moment he got a heart attack with no defibrillator in sight. Poor guy, I was starting to like him.:(

Actually, Kenny was the one with a heart while Lilly was the cold-blooded survivalist, until their roles were changed around in the meat locker. They each act completely different after the meat locker. Plus, how could anyone have known all the strife Ben would cause when they first met him? In their situation, I would have saved Ben and Travis/David too.
