Walking Dead:Survival Instinct

Well I've been doing more research on the new walking dead game that's going to be published by Activision and Developed by Terminal Reality. Which is Canon to the T.V show and Focuses on The Dixon Brothers. You play as Daryl (who's my favorite redneck) Even though the game borrows elements form TT game it doesn't seem like its destined to blow it seems like it has potential. Its an Fps and the story focuses on the story of how the Dixon brothers arrived in Atlanta. They will have to manage their supplies carefully, and also deal with any other survivors they encounter on their way. Which seems like survival too me an element that was not included in TT but its better that way.

The Question is: Will you give Walking Dead:Survival Instinct a chance and play it? If so/not why

    When the game comes out I´ll check the reviews and decide if I like it.

    In any case, I feel it has potential to be a good survival game, but a terrible adaptation of The Walking Dead, which is mostly about human drama.

    I'll have to wait for screenshots and gameplay videos before I make a decision. I've always been one to go for games that critics and others didn't like or thought tried too hard.

    I dived in head first with The Walking Dead Game without reading reviews or watching trailers/gameplay and was ecstatic with the outcome, that was a nice occasion, going in with no expections, just playing and letting it take effect.

    With this though, I've seen a trailer, and can't say I'm thrilled that it is a FPS first and foremost, but I'll still give it a go.

    I'm glad I did this. I watched a trailer for EP 1 after I played it and it gave away so much.

    I MIGHT. I didn't even contemplate buying this game until less than a week before Episode 1 launched, but I was more than pleasantly surprised when I DID pick it up. Who knows, maybe the Activision one will be the same way (though I doubt it).
