They way Lee got bit left me unsatisfied

edited October 2012 in The Walking Dead
I'm sure TT will do a good job wrapping up the story, but it doesn't seem right to have Lee die (if he dies because of the bite, that is) because of a random ninja zombie in an abandoned alley. Even if he dies before the virus gets the best of him, it remains Lee unworthy.

I think that was the point. We see these dramatic bite events that lead to his death (when you mess up), but the point of this bite was, it could happen anywhere, from any zombie, regardless of the condition of the zombie. It was pretty clear this zombie was pretty weak, yet it's minor bite will probably kill Lee, if slowly.

I have no problem with how Lee was distracted and got bit, life is fragile and can end because of the smallest thing.
Sadly life doesnt give you a choice to die a fitting or epic death.

I just want to add, there are tons of times where Lee can get bit and dies a pretty gruesome death. I think it's fitting that his death is not only not gruesome (at least, not yet), but also rather underwhelming.

The bite you'll learn to live with. It'll all boil down to how satisfying his actual death ends up.

I got disappointed because it was pretty obvious that the walker was under that pipe of garbage. I wish we at least didn't have the option to look at the garbage pile, it is way more exciting/surprising if Lee gets bitten when he takes the Walkie.

Basically this. It actually wouldn't let me check the garbage pile (atleast I couldn't see the hotspot) so I tried going to the left side of the street so I could see around the pile, I already knew something was up, hitting the invisible wall just confirmed it. :p

I agree. The whole story has been about Lee and Clem surviving together. Take Lee's survival out of the picture and you've got a recipe for Lee kicking some serious ass and going out in a really great way :D

Stupid how he powered through those hoards of zombies like a bad ass, but then he gets bitten by one stupid weak zombie that threw itself at Lee and bit him XD it sort of funny but not. And I know what you mean, it was poor and I think it should have been done better, it was rushed and not thought out properly.

I am disappointed, Telltale. Season 2 just won't be the same.. It'll feel like a different game.
