Law and Order download

Hi. I just bought it and it just does not download. Well.. it does start. Then the download speed reduces quickly until it gives me "Unknown Network Error". The thing is that my internet is NOT the problem. I did a speed test and everything runs perfectly. I would love to be able to play the game. Anyone knows the issue? Thanks.
