How long does support normally take to reply?

Just wondering how long it normally takes for the support@telltalegames.com to reply to a support request? I emailed support a bit under a week ago regarding activation, and got the "This is just an automated note to let you know that we've received your request for support and that we'll be getting back to you ask quickly as possible" email, but haven't heard anything since...

Not complaining at all, just wondering.

    We take less than a week! Usually a day at most. Probably we replied and the reply never reached you. Sometimes the automated emails go through and then the real emails get caught in the spam filter (which is frustrating).
