How long does support normally take to reply?
Just wondering how long it normally takes for the support@telltalegames.com to reply to a support request? I emailed support a bit under a week ago regarding activation, and got the "This is just an automated note to let you know that we've received your request for support and that we'll be getting back to you ask quickly as possible" email, but haven't heard anything since...
